  • "Brand" refers to a company, organization, or individual seeking to engage influencers for marketing campaigns.
  • "Influencer" refers to a content creator, public figure, or private individual seeking collaboration opportunities with Brands.
  • "You" / "Your" refers to any user of the Site, whether a Brand or an Influencer.
  • "Submission" refers to any data, information, content, or materials you provide to us through our online forms, via email, or by any other means.
  • "Database" refers to our internal system where we store and process Submissions.

2. Our Service

THERARE-GLOBALCONSULTING operates as an influencer marketing agency. Our primary service, as facilitated through this Site, is to collect information from Brands and Influencers to build a proprietary database. We use this database to identify, match, and present potential collaboration opportunities between Brands and Influencers.

Please note: Submitting your information does not guarantee that you will be matched, selected for a campaign, or contacted by us or any third party. We are not a party to any final agreement between a Brand and an Influencer.

3. User Submissions and Licenses

3.1. Accuracy of Information: You represent and warrant that all information you submit to us is accurate, truthful, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any changes occur.

3.2. License to Use Your Submission: By submitting your information, you grant THERARE-GLOBALCONSULTING a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to store, reproduce, and process your Submission in our Database; use, analyze, and evaluate your Submission for the purpose of potential matching; and present, display, and share your Submission with potential Brand or Influencer partners for the purpose of facilitating a potential marketing collaboration.

3.3. Influencer Content: If you are an Influencer and submit examples of your content, you confirm you own or have the necessary rights to such content and that granting us the license does not violate any third-party rights.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

We will store your Submission in our Database for as long as we deem necessary for our business purposes, including for future matching opportunities. You can request the removal of your data by contacting us at support@therare-private.com. For detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities and Warranties

You agree not to submit any information that is:

  • False, misleading, or fraudulent.
  • Defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
  • In violation of any intellectual property rights of a third party.
  • Contains viruses or any other malicious code.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SITE AND SERVICE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE SUCCESS OF ANY MATCHING, THE AVAILABILITY OF OPPORTUNITIES, OR THE ACCURACY OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY OTHER USERS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE ACCESS TO OUR SERVICES.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THERARE-GLOBALCONSULTING AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, YOUR INABILITY TO BE MATCHED, OR ANY COMMUNICATIONS OR DEALINGS WITH ANY THIRD PARTY YOU CONNECT WITH THROUGH OUR SERVICES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
