Data protection and your rights

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, this page explains the rights you have over your own data when you contact us.

What we collect and why
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email address, your company and the message itself. We use it to answer your enquiry and nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be added.
Legal basis
Our basis for processing an enquiry is legitimate interest in answering a business question you raised, and consent where you have clearly given it, for example by asking to be contacted again.
How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept while the conversation is live and for a short period afterwards so we can follow up, then deleted. Ask us to delete your message at any point and we will.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict what we do with it. Write to the address above and we will answer within one month.
Transfers outside the EEA
The agency is based in Dubai, so an enquiry necessarily travels outside the European Economic Area. Delivery and storage use Google services under their standard contractual clauses. If you would prefer not to have your message leave the EEA, call or message instead of using the form, and nothing is stored.
Complaints
If you believe we have handled your data badly you can complain to your national data protection authority. We would rather you told us first, so we can fix it.
